Water Bill Payment Information

Payment Information
Payment is due on the 21st of every month. Your bill shows the exact date it is considered delinquent. If your payment reaches us after the delinquent date, we will charge a late fee of $3.00. All water bills are mailed out around the 1st of every month. If you do not get your water bill after the first week of the month, please call or email Park Water Company to inform us and to find out the amount of your bill. Late fees will not be removed because you did not receive your water bill.
Delinquent accounts will be sent a second notice giving 5 days to pay on the account, or water service will be discontinued. Accounts turned off will receive a $15 disconnection charge which must be paid, along with the balance due, prior to water service being continued.

How to Pay
Currently, Park Water Company only accepts Check or Money Order Payments.
Payments can be made via U.S. Mail to the following address:

A 24 hour deposit drop box is also available for payment located along side the fence outside of our office.
Returned Checks: If your check is returned, we will immediately disconnect your water service and charge you a returned check fee of $20.00.
